Introducing TOMICA Limited Vintage to the Auto Expo 2026!

Loved by collectors, the Tomica line launched in Japan in 1970 and quickly became an essential part of collections everywhere. But ever wonder what it would be like if designed especially for enthusiasts?

Thanks to a bit of TAKARATOMY magic, we know the answer!

The Tomica Limited Vintage and Tomica Limited Vintage Neo collections capture the essence of bygone eras with unmatched detail and precision at the same iconic 1:64 scale. They each build on the foundation of the original Tomica line and turn it up a notch with collector grade replicas of favorite Japanese domestic models.

Tomica Limited Vintage pays tribute to the golden age of automotive design and was launched in 2004 by TOMYTEC, a subsidiary of TAKARATOMY long respected for its dedication to crafting high-quality and finely designed products. Showcasing vehicles from the 1950s to early 1970s, the offering includes faithful reproductions of classic cars-from early Nissans to vintage Porsches and more. Collectors appreciate both the authenticity and nostalgia these replicas evoke, with each being a small, skilfully crafted piece of history.

Building on that success, TOMYTEC began producing Tomica Limited Vintage Neo in 2006. These vehicles, focusing on post 70's models, are also shining examples of TOMYTEC's commitment toward realism and craftsmanship.
