What a powerful conclusion to our "Design Thinking: Beyond the Checklist" series! While Session 1 was about identifying trends, Session 2 was a deep dive into the "How."

Using the "How Might We" framework, we moved past traditional auditing to co-create high-impact service designs. We didn't just brainstorm; we built storyboards and "Moonshot" ideas—like AI-driven predictive churn alerts—that will fundamentally change how we deliver value to our clients.

The energy in our sprint sessions was incredible. We’ve emerged with a fine-tuned approach to client service design that prioritises emotional metrics, digital-physical journeys, and actionable intelligence.
