The Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) is the national accountancy body of Singapore with over 39,000 ISCA members making their stride in businesses across industries in Singapore and around the world. ISCA members can be found in over 40 countries and members based out of Singapore are supported through 12 overseas chapters in 10 countries. Established in 1963, ISCA is an advocate of the interests of the profession. Important Update:

We regret to announce that ISCA Run 2026, scheduled for 17 October, has been cancelled, due to the prevailing haze situation.

The haze situation remains unpredictable, with conditions potentially fluctuating and deteriorating at short notice. After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the event in the interest of everyone's health and safety.

Please do not travel to the event venue.

The safety and wellbeing of our almost 3,000 participants, families, volunteers, staff and partners remain our highest priority. We recognise the time, effort and preparation that participants and families have invested in this event, and we share your disappointment.

Registered participants will receive an official email on the collection of race medals and related arrangements.

To all our runners, sponsors, partners and volunteers, thank you for your understanding and support for ISCA Run and ISCA Cares. Your contributions remain deeply appreciated.

Some nights are for celebrating the journey, not just the finish line.

We were delighted to welcome SCAQ candidates and recent CA graduates to our SCAQ Post-Exam Party 2026 – Halloween Edition. Between the costumes and the games, there were real conversations about what it takes to get through SCAQ while holding down a full-time job.

Passing papers is only part of the story. Behind every result are late nights, sacrifices and people who kept you going. Tonight was a chance to recognise that and to remind candidates that they are part of a community that understands their journey.

We are closely monitoring the haze situation and reviewing the latest air quality conditions.

The safety and well-being of all participants remain our top priority. The ISCA Run 2026 is currently scheduled to proceed as planned, subject to prevailing haze conditions.

How do you manage everyday expenses while preparing for the unexpected and working towards longer-term goals? For many young adults, balancing these competing demands and knowing where to begin can be challenging.

Smart Money Moves for Young Adults brought these topics together in one practical conversation as part of Marymount Kopi Talk, organised by the People’s Association (PA) and Marymount Citizens’ Consultative Committee, in collaboration with ISCA Cares, the Graduate Women Association Singapore (GWAS), and Central Singapore CDC.

Led by our volunteer trainer Ms Julie Yeap, the workshop introduced the 4Cs framework: Cashflow, CPF, Coverage and Capital Growth as a simple way to work through everyday financial decisions. Through examples and activities, participants learned to outline a personal budget, understand how CPF contributions support financial security, identify questions to ask when evaluating insurance options, and explore fundamental principles of capital growth. They were also given a 4Cs action plan template to help them identify practical steps aligned with their current financial situation.

Our heartfelt thanks to Julie, ISCA Professional Business Accountant and President of GWAS, for generously sharing her insights. We would also like to extend a big thank you to all organising partners and supporters for bringing this workshop to life, and to everyone who joined us with their questions and perspectives.
