True leadership isn’t about having a title—it’s about choosing to serve others. 🙌❤️

Over the weekend, 38 Primers from 15 Companies gathered at the BB/GB Campsite for Primers Challenge—a weekend of adventure, teamwork, and discovering what it means to lead with a servant’s heart. 🏕️✨

From building their own rafts 🚣, to abseiling 🧗, tag archery 🏹, team-building games 🤝, and an action-packed Amazing Race 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️, every challenge pushed our Primers to step up, encourage one another, and lead through their actions rather than their position. 💪🌟

As the sun set, the camp came together around a memorable campfire 🔥, celebrating new friendships 🫶, shared experiences 💬, and the journey they had taken together. 🌅

More than just an adventure camp, Primers Challenge reminded us that leadership isn’t reserved for those with appointments or authority. Every Primer has the opportunity to influence others through humility, service, and courage. 🌱🤍

Today, 47 Primers from 17 Companies came together at BB/GB Campsite for Primers Summit 02/26 — a day filled with learning, laughter, and practical skills to prepare them for greater leadership and service in their Companies and beyond. 🙌💙⚓

🗣️ Workshop 1: Effective Communication with Stakeholders
Great leaders are great communicators! 💬✨ Through interactive discussions and hands-on activities, our Primers sharpened their ability to communicate with clarity, confidence, and empathy 🤝🎯, learning how to build meaningful relationships and represent The Boys’ Brigade with purpose and integrity. 💙📣

💰 Workshop 2: Financial Warrior Workshop
Who said learning about money can’t be exciting? 💸🔥 From managing cashflow to making real-life financial decisions, Primers immersed themselves in an engaging simulation 🎲📊 that challenged them to think strategically, weigh risks ⚖️, and discover how today’s choices can shape tomorrow’s future. 🚀📈

We hope every Primer leaves not just with new knowledge, but with renewed confidence, lasting friendships, and a heart to lead and serve with wisdom, integrity, and purpose. 💙⚓🌟

✨ 94 Boys. 2 Days. 1 Unforgettable Experience. ✨

NLAC 01/26 has wrapped, and our hearts are FULL! 💙🔥

From pioneering challenges 🪵 to situational tests that pushed boundaries, these Boys stepped into unfamiliar territory and discovered strengths they never knew they had. They didn’t just participate, they ROSE UP. 📈💪

But here’s the real magic ✨ It wasn’t just about the activities. It was the quiet conversations around the campfire 🔥, the words of encouragement when someone struggled 🤝, the laughter that echoed through the camp 😄, and the friendships forged through every shared challenge. 🫂

These Boys learned that growth happens outside the comfort zone 🚀, that together is stronger 💪, and that character is built in the moments that test us. 🏆

As they return to their Companies and communities, they carry more than memories. They carry:
✅ New confidence
✅ Deeper bonds
✅ Unshakeable resilience
✅ A fire to make a difference

To every Boy who showed up and gave their all, we see you, we’re proud of you, and we believe in the leaders you’re becoming. 🌟

✨ What an amazing time our BB Officers had at Anchor Conference 2026 @ BBHQ! 🙌

Anchor Conference is held once every two years, and this year, 60 Officers from 45 Companies came together for a meaningful time of learning, sharing, and encouragement 💙

We were privileged to hear from our keynote speaker, Mr Jason Wong, known for his commitment to Yellow Ribbon and Dads for Life. He shared 3 powerful reminders on leading a legacy:
🔹 Live wisely — don’t mess it up
🔹 How you see a person will influence how you treat them
🔹 Love your family — charity begins at home ❤️

A big thank you as well to the Officers from the 25th, 33J & 48th Singapore Companies in Hillgrove Secondary, Fairfield Methodist (Primary) and Zhonghua Secondary Schools respectively for sharing how their Boys and Officers are making an impact 🌍 in the region, 🤝 in their communities, and🏅 within their own Companies.

Today, we gathered for the J M Fraser Awards Presentation Ceremony 2026 🏅 — continuing our legacy of shaping generations of Boys to be Sure & Stedfast. 🙏✨💫

We were honoured to have Mrs Tan Chen Kee, Deputy Director-General of Education (Schools) and Director of Schools 🏫 as our Guest-of-Honour, who joined us in celebrating this special occasion. 🌟🎉

Hear the sizzle, feel the yum. 🤤

Over this weekend, 25 Officer Cadets from 19 Companies participated in the Adventure Weekend 🏕️ of the Basic Officers Training Course at the BB/GB Campsite!

Our Officers were taught skills 🪢 to make games and activities fun and meaningful, and given a hands-on experience in designing activities 🤹🏻 for Boys. Also, they were given a foretaste of doing outfield cooking 🧑🏻‍🍳, adding some flavour to what they will do with the Boys back at their Companies.

A huge thanks to Brigade Chaplain Rev Daniel Tong & our partners for making this weekend course a fun-filled and inspiring one for our Officers!
