About Singapore Buddhist Community Services (SBCS)
Singapore Buddhist Community Services (SBCS) is set up on 26 Dec 2010 by Zen Tan Aik Soon. SBCS is a non-profit online community and is set up to shares Buddhist knowledge with everyone. We are not affiliate to any charity organizations in Singapore or international. At the moment, we do not collect any donation and do not have the rights to coll
ect any donation under the law in Singapore. SBCS mission is to spread the teaching of Buddha, help the needy, elderly and give support to care givers who need to nurse the elderly in Singapore. We organize get together events for everyone to share Buddha’s teaching or even outing and sport activities. We hope to educate the community to live a healthy life and to prevent any types of illness. We want to educate and train the care givers basic nursing skills they will need to care for the elderly at home. Singapore Buddhist Community Services (SBCS) is based in Singapore without an official office address yet. We welcome your comments and suggestions to make SBCS a better community for everyone.
