ASAS received 379 pieces of feedback in 2025. Of these, seven concerned ads that involved the use of AI, compared with one or two annually in preceding years.
As the use of AI in ad creation intensifies, ASAS calls on marketers and industry bodies to develop sector-appropriate ethical guidance to protect consumers and stakeholders.
