🪷 Torma Gyatsa & Lenshak Torma Puja Concluded Successfully 🙏

Today, under the guidance of H.E. the 5th Bise Rinpoche, we completed the Torma Gyatsa and Lenshak Torma Puja, a practice of merit accumulation through Shang Gong Xia Shi (上供下施), offering to enlightened beings above and sentient beings below.

Rinpoche explained that beings in the hungry ghost realm endure great suffering, hunger, and thirst, often unable to receive relief. Through Lenshak Torma, we make offerings to help ease their hardships and create causes for better rebirths and future happiness.

This practice is also traditionally performed to repay karmic debts and obligations from this and past lives, including karmic creditors (冤亲债主). By cultivating generosity and dedicating merits, we help reduce obstacles and create conditions for a smoother, more harmonious life.

We rejoice in the merits of all sponsors, volunteers, and participants. 🌸

May all beings be well, peaceful, happy, and free from suffering. 🙏

🪷 Vesak Day Celebration🙏

Under the guidance of H.E. the 5th Bise Rinpoche, we commemorated the birth, enlightenment, and parinirvana of Shakyamuni Buddha through the recitation of Nāgārjuna’s Praise to Shakyamuni Buddha, Buddha Bathing, prayers, and offerings.

Through reflecting on the Buddha’s qualities of wisdom, compassion, patience, and unwavering dedication to benefiting all beings, may we plant the seeds to gradually follow in the Buddha’s footsteps and cultivate greater clarity, kindness, and wisdom in our own lives.

We rejoice in the merits of all sponsors, volunteers, and participants who donated for the flowers, lamps, fruits and offerings.

May all beings be well, peaceful, and happy. 🙏
