✨A meaningful morning of learning and sharing at Masjid Mydin!

Ain Society was pleased to be invited to conduct a cancer screening awareness talk on Tuesday 6 October, attended by around 30 participants. Their attentive participation, thoughtful questions and personal sharing made the session an engaging conversation about screening and early detection.

Our heartfelt thanks to the management of Masjid Mydin for the invitation and warm hospitality, and to all participants, speakers, staff and volunteers for making the session a success.

Move better, live with confidence

On 29th September, our members joined the “Strength Training for Silvers by BFT Geylang Bahru” session organized by the Singapore Hospice Council (SHC) for their Live Well, Leave Well festival. Our members dove right into the session with excitement, learning safe exercise techniques while enjoying plenty of smiles and laughter ☀️.

Focused on building physical confidence, our members learned how to safely incorporate exercise into their routines through a guided resistance-band workout. Their eagerness and excitement were truly infectious, and the session was filled with warm conversations and shared laughter.

🔹The fun didn’t stop at the workout—our members also enjoyed checking out the booths prepared by SHC and trying out new things together. We hope these new skills empower them to build sustainable, healthy routines and continue nurturing their well-being. Thank you for a joyful and active day out!

Four weeks ago, we invited you into the lives of our young heroes.

You met siblings who walked the same path.
A young girl who found her way back.
Two little brothers discovering the world through their own eyes.
And a survivor whose story continues ten years on.

Different diagnoses. Different journeys. Different chapters.
But behind every story was something greater than cancer — childhood, family, courage, and the hope for all the moments still waiting to be lived.

💛As September comes to an end, we leave you with one reminder:
Their stories do not end here.
And neither should our awareness.

🌮🥤 Tacos, shakes & good company at AYA Thursday Coffee Club #4!

This round, Café @ Solace turned into our very own little Tacos & Shakes hangout! 😋 Our AYAs got to enjoy tacos together and try their hand at making their own shakes — from Milo to Oreo and coconut! 🥥🍫🍪

We were also happy to welcome two new AYAs to the Coffee Club family! 💜 It was lovely seeing everyone settling in, chatting over food and simply enjoying the afternoon together.

And apparently… we weren’t quite done with carrom yet. 😂 Those who didn’t get a chance to play during our last session finally got their turn this week — by special request! 🎯 What started during Game Day might just be becoming a Coffee Club favourite. 👀

Another Thursday of good food, good laughs and good company at Café @ Solace. ✨

As for what’s brewing for the next Coffee Club… 🧋👀
Let’s just say you might want to save some room in your cup. 🤭
