REACH Active Ageing Centre @ Bukit Batok

Our seniors had a wonderful time learning the history of Singapore during the Second World War II at the Former Ford Factory. A guided tour in both English and Mandarin conducted concurrently for our seniors to experience the optimal learning on the history of our country.

我们的长辈们在旧福特工厂度过了美好的时光，了解了第二次世界大战期间新加坡的历史。 同时进行的中英文导览让我们的长辈们能够更好地体验我们国家历史的学习。

We were delighted to welcome a cheerful group of children from Raffles Preschool to REACH Active Ageing Centre @ Bukit Gombak Vista! 🎨✨

The afternoon was filled with laughter and meaningful connections as the children and seniors bonded through arts and crafts activities, creating colourful masterpieces together. They also teamed up for fun mini games, including matching animal pictures to their names and finding objects of the same colour. The excitement continued as everyone danced, sang along, and shared plenty of smiles. 💃🎶

It was a joyful day of friendship, learning, and precious memories across generations. 🌟

我们非常高兴迎来了一群来自*Raffles Preschool *的小朋友到REACH Active Ageing Centre @ Bukit Gombak Vista! 🎨✨参加活动！🎨✨

当天下午充满欢笑与温馨互动。小朋友与乐龄人士一起参与手工艺活动，发挥创意制作出色彩缤纷的作品。他们还一同进行趣味小游戏，包括为动物图片配对正确名称，以及寻找相同颜色的物品，现场气氛热闹又欢乐。随后，大家一起唱歌、跳舞，随着音乐尽情互动，留下了许多开心难忘的时刻。💃🎶

REACH Active Ageing Centre (Care) @ Teck Whye Vista:
In May, our centre hosted a group of students from St Francis Methodist School (International). During the session, they did a series of songs, dance, guitar and choir performances which the seniors sang along. Our seniors also enjoyed an interactive quiz segment specially arranged by the students.

五月份，我们中心接待了一群来自St Francis Methodist School (International) 的学生。活动期间，他们表演了一系列歌曲、舞蹈、吉他弹唱和合唱节目，乐龄们也跟着一起唱。学生们还专门安排了互动问答环节，大家玩得非常开心。

Reach Active Ageing Centre @ Jalan Membina

Our seniors had an enjoyable and engaging session during our HAPPY exercise programme. Through a combination of physical exercises that also involved cognitive games, seniors were able to stay active, stimulate their minds, and have fun together. 😊

长者们在我们的 HAPPY 运动活动中度过了一个愉快且投入的时光。通过结合体能运动与认知游戏的活动，长者们不仅能够保持身体活跃、刺激脑力，也一起享受了活动的乐趣。😊
