He lost his life in the MacPherson fire. When it came time to say goodbye, there was no family left to do it.
No one to sit by his side. No one to receive the ashes.
So CHWSS stepped in. After the funeral and cremation, our team accompanied him on his final journey, a quiet scattering of ashes at sea. No fanfare. Just people who believe everyone deserves a dignified farewell.
This is the work that rarely makes headlines. No applause, just the quiet conviction that no one should be forgotten.
Leave no one behind. Not even in death.
