In today’s era of constant change and uncertainty, we are confronted with unprecedented challenges. The frequent occurrence of natural disasters, such as earthquakes, typhoons, and floods, has placed us under immense pressure and prompted deep reflection on the relationship between humanity and the natural ecosystem. The emergence of new terms such as “tsunami” and “seawater backflow,” and the possible future appearance of “acid rain from the sky,” all reflect humanity’s vulnerability in the face of nature’s forces.
The rapid advancement of technology and the widespread adoption of artificial intelligence have brought tremendous changes to our lives, while also raising a series of questions about personal growth and social development. Against this backdrop, the 2nd Singapore International Hanwang Forum, with the theme of “The Green Renaissance,” aims to explore how we can effectively engage in dialogue with nature amid complex circumstances, in order to find sustainable development paths.
At the forum, we have invited experts and scholars to share their insights and experiences, hoping to provide valuable perspectives for individuals, families, and businesses to find solutions within their respective fields. As we look to the future, let us work together to create a better tomorrow
