We held a Mental Wellness Seminar for our members on Dec 4 in Chennai 🇮🇳✨.

It was a much‑needed session that equipped our seafarers with practical tools to manage stress, build healthy routines, and look out for one another on board and on shore. Most importantly, it helped us reset for the new year.

Thank you to everyone who showed up and shared openly. We’ll keep putting seafarers’ well‑being first.

SOS had the pleasure to be part of the annual Seafarers’ Appreciation Dinner hosted by Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore - MPA, a yearly tradition dedicated to the men and women who make everything possible, our seafarers.

Events like this remind us of the strong community spirit that defines Maritime Singapore and the collective effort required to support those who serve at sea. They also reaffirm the importance of coming together to recognise the people whose work underpins global trade and connects the world.

SOS remains committed to supporting our seafarers through stronger welfare initiatives, training opportunities and continued collaboration with our partners across Maritime Singapore.

Thank you to all our seafarers and partners who joined us in Chennai on Dec 4 for our SOS Wellness Seminar and Gala Night!

We began the afternoon with a meaningful wellness seminar for our seafarers, followed by a vibrant gala night where we celebrated together with great energy and camaraderie.
