This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is entered into by and between the Philippine International Nurses and Associates Singapore (PINAS) and the Healthcare Services Employeesโ€™ Union (HSEU) to strengthen cooperation, professional collaboration, and mutual support for healthcare workers in Singapore.
