More than 300 current and founding members, partners, and guests gathered in celebration at UITS’ Golden Jubilee Dinner, marking 50 years of unity, service and shared achievements. We were honoured to welcome the Minister for Education Mr Desmond Lee Desmond Lee as Guest of Honour, alongside three NTUC Secretaries-General Brothers Ng Chee Meng Ng Chee Meng 黄志明 (current), Lim Swee Say Lim Swee Say (former) and Lim Boon Heng (former) whose presence reflected the strong bonds within the Labour Movement. The evening also saw the launch of our commemorative 50th Anniversary e-book, capturing memorable milestones and inspiring stories from the past five decades. As a meaningful symbol of our enduring partnership, UITS presented a $30,000 donation to the ITE Endowment Fund, reaffirming our commitment to future generations together.
