💛 Real stories. Real support.

Family challenges can feel overwhelming, especially when emotions are high and conversations become difficult.

Through family counselling, clients are given a safe and supportive space to be heard, reflect on their relationships, and find healthier ways forward.

One client shared that counselling helped them and their spouse better understand what was happening in their marriage, while another described their counsellor as an “unwavering guide” through a difficult divorce.

Every family journey is different — but no one has to walk through it alone.

If your family is going through a challenging season, support is available. Check out family counselling offered by FAM (Fei Yue) via fycs.org/family-counselling/ or call 62355229. 🌱 From stress to resilience — supporting youths through exam season

Exams can test more than what young people know. They can also test how they cope with pressure, uncertainty and expectations.

As parents, we may not always be able to remove the stress — but we can help our youths build the resilience to navigate it.

Try supporting them by:
❤️ Listening without immediately fixing
💬 Making space for honest conversations
🤝 Reminding them that asking for help is a strength
✨ Letting them know their worth is not measured by a grade

Because resilience is not about never struggling. It is about knowing you have the support and strength to get through challenging moments.

Join our youth programme:

📅 22 August 2026, Saturday
🕑 2.00pm – 3.30pm

🌼 Happy International Friendship Day!

Every great friendship begins with kindness. 💛

A little kindness can make someone’s day — and even grow into a lasting friendship.

This International Friendship Day, let’s remind children that being a good friend is not just about having fun together. It is about speaking kindly, listening with empathy, including others, owning mistakes and standing up against unkindness.

Kindness matters online too. Before posting, commenting or sharing, encourage children to pause and ask:

✔️ Is it true?
❤️ Is it kind?
🤔 Could it hurt someone?

Children also learn how to be a good friend through the relationships they experience at home. When we check in on one another, speak with respect, offer encouragement and build connections within our family and community, kindness becomes something they can carry wherever they go.

Because kindness starts at home — and grows everywhere we go. 💛
