When using AI, we often type text, upload images or organise documents.

While AI is convenient, we should also protect our personal information.

Identity documents, bank details, medical records, contracts and internal information should not be uploaded casually to platforms without understanding their privacy and security practices.

AI is useful, but privacy awareness must remain strong.

AI can generate content quickly, but speed does not always mean accuracy.
