Breastfeeding support 🍼 is one part of a much bigger conversation.

At the Global Women’s Health Equity Summit 🌏, NTUC Women and Family shared how the Labour Movement is supporting women and caregivers in their return-to-work journey through initiatives such as the C U Back @ Work (CUB) Programme, Yes, Flex! jobs portal, Better Workplace Programme, and our advocacy for Flexible Work Arrangements.

Returning to work after having a child 👶 should not mean having to choose between one’s career 💼 and caregiving responsibilities ❤️

By connecting women to skills 📚, workplace support 🤝 and employment opportunities 💼, while encouraging more flexible and inclusive workplace practices, we are helping women return with confidence, continue breastfeeding if they choose to 🤱, and build meaningful careers💪🏼

Because supporting women isn’t just about helping them come back to work. It’s about creating workplaces where they can stay, grow 🌱 and lead 🌟 at every stage of life, while strengthening families 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 and building a more resilient workforce. ✨
