Dreams Singapore =DREAMS is a first-of-its-kind aspirational weekday boarding residence.

We offer a 4-6-year scholarship for children from under-resourced backgrounds thrive in secondary school and beyond.

Learning doesn’t always happen at a desk. Sometimes, it happens by stepping outside of it. 🎓

At our September Boot Camp, our scholars had two days to prepare, reflect, recharge and look ahead — with learning happening in different ways.

Here’s what they got up to:
📖 Sec 1–3 Scholars
• Sat for mock examinations
• Reviewed their answers and worked through corrections
• Went on a learning journey to Republic Polytechnic to explore different pathways and possibilities

🎓 Sec 4 Scholars
• Focused on self-revision
• Engaged in academic consultations
• Joined an off-campus activity to recharge and unwind

🛍️ Day Market
• Used points earned through positive actions through the term
• Redeemed vouchers, food, drinks and more
• Saw their efforts rewarded in meaningful and tangible ways
At =DREAMS, learning goes beyond the classroom. We create opportunities for our scholars to grow, discover new possibilities and build the confidence to take their next steps — both in school and beyond.

We are heartened to welcome 14 families and their P6 children at our special September Open House!

Through terrarium making and gaming, they bonded with each other and made new friends. We were also joined by two of our family volunteers who supported us with translation and gave insights about their experiences from a family perspective – this valuable post-primary transition sharing was helpful in supporting our families navigate the move to Secondary School.

Looking forward to welcoming new scholars as we gear up for the end of PSLE.

Every question was an opportunity to discover something new.
Because our scholars don’t need to have their future figured out just yet. They need the space to explore, experience and dream.

As the day winds down, life at =DREAMS unfolds in these little moments.

Between calls back home, late-night workouts, study sessions, random scrolling and getting ready for bed, there’s a whole side of scholar life that unfolds in the in-between.

When you think of internships, you probably picture polytechnic or university students gaining workplace experience as part of their diploma or degree. But did you know that at =DREAMS Singapore, our scholars can begin exploring the world of work while they're still in secondary school? 💼

As part of our Future of Work scholarship offering, the Sec 3 Internship is one of the highlights many of our scholars look forward to each year. The journey begins well before they step into the workplace—with pre-internship workshops, job applications, interview preparation—and concludes with reflection and debrief sessions. More than just workplace exposure, the experience helps our scholars explore different career pathways, build confidence, develop professional skills, and gain a better understanding of what different careers involve. Along the way, they also learn valuable lessons in resilience, adaptability, and perseverance as they navigate new environments and challenges.

Many of our scholars shared that they felt nervous on their first day, but left their internships with greater confidence in their abilities and a clearer sense of what they might pursue in the future.

Success is more than what you achieve. It’s who you become along the way.

It’s waking up with purpose. Making better choices. Having the courage to step beyond what feels familiar. Discovering what you’re capable of. And believing in yourself when the road ahead feels uncertain.

At =DREAMS, we journey alongside our scholars to build character, nurture confidence, discover potential and open doors to new possibilities. Because every young person deserves the opportunity to grow, discover and dream beyond what they thought was possible.

Here’s a to Charity Gala 2026! 🎊 Organised by our partner, =DREAMS Asia, the evening brought together over 150 guests in support of our mission. What made the Gala especially memorable was the role our scholars played throughout the event—from planning and managing registrations, to being ambassadors of the =DREAMS Singapore showcase, conducting campus tours, emceeing the evening, and participating in the dialogue sessions and performances. 👏

A highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the ‘Conversation with Scholars’ session, where our scholars shared their personal journeys and reflected on what the scholarship has meant to them. It was a heartfelt moment for all of us (and yes, there were many tears 🥹) as we listened to their stories and the growth they have experienced since joining =DREAMS Singapore.

Our guests left inspired by the resilience, aspirations, and potential of our scholars, knowing that their support is helping create opportunities for young people to pursue their dreams and aspirations. The evening was a reminder that transforming lives is a collective effort, and every partner has a part to play. Thank you for being part of our journey!

Earlier this year, our staff embarked on a learning journey to visit Ideas Academy (Ideas International Secondary School) and Fugee (Fugee | Liberty to Learn Berhad) in Kuala Lumpur! 🇸🇬🇲🇾

At Ideas Academy, we learnt about their Exchange Theatre, an interactive theatre for students to play and act out a scenario relatable to youths (e.g. mental health) and how to navigate these scenarios.

Over at Fugee, a leading non-profit NGO recognised by UNHCR focused on improving life outcomes for refugees in Malaysia, we had the opportunity to learn more about their model and framework used in developing programmes for lower years right up to tertiary level.

Overall, it was a very fruitful trip and our staff came back with inspiration on how we can further enhance our own programmes. Partnerships like these remind us that we are not alone in this journey of working with young people, regardless of our different contexts. And of course not forgetting a huge thank you to Ideas Academy and Fugee for hosting us!

HTHT Sundays: Heart to Heart Talks

This year’s first HTHT Sunday brought our scholars’ families together for an evening of real connection. We were honoured to welcome Michelle Soliano, family and marital psychotherapist and founder of Relational Wellness Studio, who guided our families through the five love languages — helping them find new ways to understand and relate to their children.

Grateful to every family who showed up and leaned in, and to Michelle for generously giving us her time and expertise. Evenings like this are what =DREAMS is all about: supporting youths, strengthening families and building community. 🫶
