For the **6th consecutive year**, Trekkers @ Heart is bringing our **Raksha Bandhan Charity Walk for Migrant Brothers** — a day to walk together, visit their dorm, share goodie bags of daily necessities, and simply say **thank you**.

Our migrant brothers are the invisible force helping keep Singapore clean and building the infrastructure that makes our city liveable. 🇸🇬

One Stop Centre (OSC) of the High Commission of India, in association with Big At Heart, cordially invites all Indian Migrant Domestic Workers (MDWs) to a special fiesta on Sunday, 16th August.

Enjoy Chair Yoga, Zumba, entertainment performances, henna, fun games, and activities to boost mental and physical health, along with information booths. Prizes and dinner bentos will be available.

An art and craft project - Big At Art - led by our young volunteer Tanya Chakraborty kicked off with a beautiful and colourful beading activity that was loved by all elderly last week. Haleema, Aarush, Arhan, Tanya, Nalini and other volunteers were a part of it.

This initiative consists of 6 art-craft sessions, one every alternate week with the seniors at SASCO@TelokBlangah Senior Care Centre. If you wish to be a part of it, reach out to Nalini by email at [email protected] or via WhatsApp at +65-92957000

Today, on the occasion of Valentine's Day. we are happy to launch our Listening Ear Service in the hope that it makes loving yourself slightly easier. There is a huge gap between silence and therapy. Listening Ear Service aims to fill it.

As a part of this service, one of our volunteers - trained in active listening & emotional support - will lend an ative listening ear. This confidential, non-judgemental and patient listening space will attempt to help you combat your stress, isolation and anxiety.

Each session will be 45 minutes long and conducted via online AUDIO conferencing. The booking can be done at https://www.bigatheart.org/listening-ear minimum 48 hours ahead of time. Slots will be available every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday between 10am - 12 pm and 2pm - 4pm. The google meet link will be emailed upon booking.

This service is FREE. You can optionally pay-if-you-wish (after the session).
