累世的业，未消的障。
Karmic burdens of many lifetimes, obstacles not yet cleared.
有些不顺，看不见原因；有些疲惫，休息也缓不过来。
明明已经很努力，身体和心里，却总是不得安宁。
Some obstacles have no visible cause. Some weariness no amount of rest relieves. Even when we try our best, body and heart may still find no peace.
佛教认为，诸事不顺与身心的病苦，往往与累世业障有关。
冤结未解，业障未消，便化作生活中的重担与不安。药师琉璃光如来曾发十二大愿，愿以琉璃光遍照众生，消除业障，拔除病苦，令身心得安乐。
In Buddhist teaching, obstruction and the sufferings of body and mind are often connected to karmic obstacles carried across lifetimes. When old knots remain unresolved, they become the unseen weight we carry. The Medicine Buddha made Twelve Great Vows, that his lapis lazuli light may shine upon all beings, dissolving karmic obstacles, easing suffering, and bringing peace to body and mind.
