[๐Ÿก Site Visit at Plantation Creek: Tengahโ€™s Newest BTO]

We recently visited Plantation Creek together with HDB and the Main Contractor Newcon Builders Pte Ltd to take a closer look at the estate and its facilities.

During the visit, we reviewed the common facilities and shared spaces, pedestrian connectivity within the precinct, landscaping works, and several residential units.

Plantation Creek is Tengahโ€™s latest BTO development, comprising 713 homes across six residential blocks, with 377 four-room and 336 five-room flats.

The developmentโ€™s design draws inspiration from the nutmeg plant, with elements across the precinct reflecting the nutmegโ€™s core, stem, bud and flower. Residents may also notice the prominent use of red tones throughout the estate, inspired by the colour of the nutmeg seed.

We understand residents are keen to move in and hence we have been working closely with HDB Housing & Development Board to support the issuance of keys.

Residents with queries relating to their flats or common property matters may approach the Building Service Centre for assistance. There is a 1 year warranty period from key collection date whereby residents can seek assistance for defects rectification.

Building a more sustainable Tengah starts with the choices we make every day.

At our recent World Environment Day event, residents explored practical ways to reduce waste, recycle right, care for animals, understand their carbon footprint and learn more about biodiversity and climate resilience. Through interactive booths and workshops by our community partners, many picked up simple ideas that can be applied at home and in daily life. ๐ŸŒฑ

Many youths, families and seniors came and learned together, supported by our volunteers and students from Hillgrove Secondary School. The event reminded us that sustainability is not just about policies or technology. It is about communities coming together and taking small steps that collectively make a difference.

Wishing everyone a Happy World Environment Day!

Tengah is Singapore's first smart and sustainable town. But a greener town is built not just through infrastructure, but through the everyday choices we make together.

To mark World Environment Day, we visited the Beverage Container Return Scheme (BCRS) return point at Plantation Plaza. When purchasing drinks, look out for the Deposit Mark on eligible plastic bottles and cans. Return these containers at a BCRS return point and receive 10ยข back for each one. ๐Ÿฅคโ™ป๏ธ๐Ÿ’ฐ

[โค๏ธ Kindness Day SG 2026 @ Tengah's Plantation Plaza]

Kindness Day SG is a national movement that celebrates everyday acts of kindness and reminds us that building a more gracious and caring society is a shared responsibility.

This year, Tengah was proud to be one of only three locations selected to host Kindness Day SG 2026. We were glad to join residents together with Acting Minister Jeffrey Siow ๏ผˆ่งๆŒฏ็ฅฅ๏ผ‰ for the event.

One of the highlights was Kindsville, where residents could write to Singa about a kind act they had done โ€” and even receive a reply from Singa! ๐Ÿ’Œ

Residents also left their handprints on the Singa Bench as a pledge towards building a kinder and more caring community. See if you can spot this bench in Tengah! ๐Ÿ‘€

As Tengah grows, we are not only building homes and infrastructure. We are also building the relationships, neighbourliness and shared values that make a community strong.

Every act of kindness, no matter how small, helps make Tengah a warmer place to live and a stronger community to belong to โค๏ธ
