We’re proud to announce the signing of a renewed Collective Agreement with !

We're particularly glad that SPH Media is supportive of CMPU’s efforts to increase the representation of our PMEs. We’re also heartened to see SPH Media prioritising their employees’ growth, including encouraging them to explore new responsibilities beyond their existing roles and preparing them for an AI-driven future.

May Day festivities are still ongoing! It was so much fun meeting and talking to all of you at Galaxis this afternoon, especially our Sea Group members who dropped by during your lunch break. Congratulations to all 188 awardees at the NTUC May Day Awards 2026! We’re especially heartened by your contributions towards helping our workers gain better wages, welfare, and work prospects.

We also extend our warmest congratulations to CMPU’s awardees. Last night, Carousell was conferred the Partner of the Labour Movement Award, while Phang Kin Hoeng, CGI Supervisor at AMC Studio, was conferred the Model Worker Award.

Singapore's visual communications industry is worth paying attention to. But are we paying it enough?

On Monday, we brought a room of designers, creatives, and buyers together at NTUC Centre for the soft launch of Making VisComm Matter—and what struck us most wasn't the data but the mood in the room.

People were relieved to be having the conversation. To finally sit in a space where the frustrations were named, the shared experiences acknowledged, and the questions that usually get brushed aside were taken seriously. There was a lot of nodding. A fair bit of commiserating. And underneath it all, a quiet sense that this community has been waiting for exactly this.

Vicinity is a video production firm that has worked hand-in-hand with CMPU on multiple transformation projects delivering real, tangible outcomes for their workers.
