Blood Buddy ❤️ x Live On Buddies 💛 meet up at the HSA Blood Bank!

As someone who is afraid 😨 of needles, this meet up with Blood Buddy terrified me... but thank goodness for my Buddies and their comforting reassurance - sharing fun facts with me, I love it when there’s new knowledge for me to learn 😆 Like did you know whole blood donation takes around 45 minutes? Hehe

Thanks for making my FIRST EVER blood donation much less scary BB and Buddies! 🫶🏻 If you’re still nervous about blood donation, I hope my experience gave you some courage to take the first step~ and I hope to see you at World Blood Donor Day on 27 June 🗓
