NOTICE: Passport Renewal Camp for Nepali Nationals in Singapore

The Embassy of Nepal, Bangkok, is pleased to inform all Nepali nationals residing in Singapore that a Passport Renewal Camp will be conducted in Singapore to facilitate the renewal of electronic passports (e-passports).

Camp Details:
- Venue: Gurkha Contingent Camp, Singapore Police Force, Singapore
- Dates: 25 April 2026 (Saturday) to 27 April 2026 (Monday)
- Time:
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday & Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

All eligible Nepali citizens are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to renew their passports.

# # # Application Process:

Applicants must complete the following steps prior to attending the camp:

1. Visit the official passport application portal:
https://emrtds.nepalpassport.gov.np/

2. Fill out the online application form for passport renewal.

3. While filling the form, select:
Appointment Location: NE, Bangkok

4. Choose your preferred appointment date and time within the camp schedule.

5. After completing the form, download the PDF application form with barcode.

6. Email the following documents for verification before 20 April 2026 to:

- Scanned copy of the completed application form (with barcode)
- Copy of citizenship certificate
- Copy of current passport

7. Print the verified application form and bring it along with all required documents to the camp.

- In case of lost/damaged passport:

- Below 10 years: USD 40
- 10 years and above: USD 80
- Lost/Damaged passport: USD 120

- Applicants must be physically present at the venue on their selected date and time.
- Priority may be given to those whose passports are expiring within the next 6 months.
- Incomplete applications or missing documents may result in delays.

The Nepalese Society in Singapore extends its deepest and most heartfelt condolences to our Founding President, Mr. Aamar Pradhan Chitrakar, and his family on the passing of his beloved wife, Mrs. Maggie Wee Geok Choo, who was called home to be with the Lord on 22 March 2026.

During this time of sorrow, our thoughts and prayers are with the bereaved family. May the departed soul rest in eternal peace, and may the family find strength and comfort in the support of loved ones.

The Society stands in solidarity with Mr. Chitrakar and his family in this moment of grief.
