FUND APPEAL FOR ORCA 🌈🌈🌈
We are sad to announce that Orca crossed the rainbow bridge on 26 October despite efforts to resuscitate him. His appetite reduced over the span of two weeks and was sent to the vet where an X-ray showed fluids in his abdomen. Despite painkillers & appetite stimulants, his appetite remained low, and so SPCA was engaged to remove the fluids. However, his appetite did not return after the fluid removal and also developed a cold. He was kept at SPCA on fluid therapy, with the hopes that he could eventually eat by himself and be discharged for an ultrasound at another vet to identify the cause of the fluid build up. Unfortunately, his health declined and he lost the battle after a week. His cremation will be held at 29 October, 3.30pm, at Rainbow Paradise🕊️. May Orca be reunited with his best friend, Pretty, that passed on a year ago.
