6月20日，文昌帝君祈福大会在琼州大厦隆重举行。本次文昌帝君祈福法会是由琼州天后宫主办，新加坡海南会馆联办，新加坡全真教化协会和大巴窑昭应祠协办。新加坡全真教化协会高功法师庄光栋道长承坛，为善信们诵经唱经祈福，恭呈学子和工作人士芳名上表，祈愿学业精进、考试顺利，功名利禄所愿所成。

文昌帝君，又称梓潼帝君，是道教信仰中被认为是掌管文学、学业、考试及功名利禄的神祇，被尊为文运之守护神，深受学子与世人敬仰。无论在考试前，或遇到学业、事业上的挑战，信众常前往文昌庙祈求庇佑。出席本次活动的善信们都获得一份精美的文具礼盒，寓意金榜题名，事业有成，万事顺遂。

[Blessing Ceremony with Wenchang Dijun]
On 20 June , a grand blessing ceremony with Wenchang Dijun was held at the Kheng Chiu Building. This ceremony was hosted by the Kheng Chiu Tin Hou Kong, co-organized by the Singapore Hainan Hwee Kuan, and assisted by the Singapore Quanzhen Cultural Society, and the Toa Payoh Chow Eng Chee. Master Chung Kwang Tong,high-ranking Taoist priest from the Singapore Quanzhen Cultural Society presided over the ceremony, chanting sutras and offering blessings to the devotees. Names of studengs and working adults were presented on a petition, praying for academic success, exam results, and the fulfillment of their wishes for fame and fortune.

Wenchang Dijun, also known as the God of Culture and Literature, is a deity in Taoism believed to govern literature, studies, exams, and fame and fortune. He is revered as the guardian deity of literary fortune and deeply respected by students and the general public. Whether before exams or facing challenges in studies or career, devotees often visit Wenchang temples for protection. Those attending this event received a beautiful stationery gift box, symbolizing success in examinations,career achievement and all things going smoothly.

17 May , the fundraising launch for the documentary "Tian Ya Shui Wei" was held at the Singapore Hainan Hwee Kuan. The event drew an enthusiastic crowd and fostered a strong sense of community, reflecting a profound affection for Hainanese ancestral culture and a deep spirit of solidarity.

The film documents the migration of Hainanese ancestors to Southeast Asia, the Shui Wei Sheng Niang belief, and the century-old relationship between Hainan and Singapore—a cultural project that carries vital historical and social significance. Wish this cultural endeavor, which carries the history and faith of the Hainanese community, a resounding success.

6月14日，端午嘉年华时隔七年重返社区，吸引逾4000人参与。今年嘉年华的美食市集有14个宗乡和社区团体参与。新加坡海南会馆和新加坡琼海同乡为公众提供了多款海南美食，包括海南肉粽、海南羊汤、压粑、咖喱鸡、海南粉、清补凉等小吃，口福集团摊位带来了传统的海南咖啡和土司，受到社区民众的热烈响应。

数码发展及新闻部兼教育部政务部长刘洁敏以主宾身份出席嘉年华。刘洁敏部长来到海南社团的摊位，与工作人员进行亲切互动，悉心倾听关于海南饮食特色与传统习俗的介绍，并品尝海南美食。她表示，端午节不仅是一个节日，更承载着丰富的历史记忆与文化精神，通过端午嘉年华这样的社区活动，不同年龄、不同背景的公众都能够一同参与，一起体验华族文化的魅力。

On 14 June , Duan Wu Carnival returned to the community after a seven-year hiatus, attracting over 4,000 participants. This year's food market featured 14 clan and community groups. The Singapore Hainan Hwee Kuan and the Singapore Qionghai Association offered a variety of Hainanese delicacies, including Hainanese rice dumplings, Hainanese mutton soup, pressed rice cakes, curry chicken, Hainanese noodles, and Qingbuliang (a sweet dessert soup). The Koufu Group booth brought traditional Hainanese coffee and toast. In general Hainan delicacies were warmly received by the community.

Ms. Jasmin Lau,Minister of State for Digital Development and Information, Minister of State for Education and Minister-in-charge of GovTech, attended the carnival as the Guest of Honor. Ms. Jasmin Lau visited the Hainanese community booths, interacting warmly with the staff, listening attentively to their introductions of Hainanese culinary characteristics and traditional customs, and sampling Hainanese food. She said that, Duan Wu Carnival is not just a festival; it also carries rich historical memories and cultural spirit. Through community events like Duan Wu Carnival, members of the public of different ages and backgrounds can participate together and experience the charm of Chinese culture.

6月17日，琼州天后宫热烈欢迎来自台湾台东县台东市的东海龙门天圣宫和新加坡天富宫参香交流的宾客和善信。
东台湾妈祖庙『东海龙门天圣宫』开宫弘教45年，主祀鹿耳门开基天后宫『天3号』天上圣母，是全台湾省第一间分灵。有禅房可住宿。东海龙门天圣宫在台湾多次获奖。
2022~25’四获内政部『绩优宗教团体』，是台东道教首家及台东唯一4次获奖团体；亦七届抱六台湾妈祖联谊会『人间妈祖』志工奖，蝉联台东第一&全国唯一；2022获台东县『环保寺庙』优等奖等多项宗教大奖，得到台湾社会的肯定。

海南自贸港与新加坡企业发展机遇论坛

5月16日，以“海南封关—政策解读”为主题的海南自贸港与新加坡企业发展机遇论坛在新加坡海南会馆隆重举行。论坛汇聚海南省政府机构代表、海南省国际金融领域专家、新加坡海南会馆企业家代表、新加坡金融领域行业高管、新加坡NTU校友会商业精英和新加坡各界人士，搭建开放与专业交流合作平台，为新琼两地经贸合作汇聚动能。

本次论坛由新加坡海南会馆、南洋大学校友学术会、和NTU海南校友会联合主办，由琼州天后宫赞助。论坛聚焦海南自贸港全岛封关运作后的政策红利与区域合作前景，吸引了二百多名听众出席。

自2025年12月海南自由贸易港正式启动全岛封关运作以来，其构建的“一线放开、二线管住、岛内自由”制度设计引发社会各界广泛关注。论坛上，与会专家指出，结合中国的经济体量和国际影响力，海南和新加坡在国际规则推动、亚洲数字金融和强化亚洲供应链韧性方面具有合作机会。海南自贸港主要是面向中国内地的平台，有着强大的政策支持、内地庞大消费市场和制造业优势。新加坡不仅是港口，更是连接东盟的综合型门户城市。论坛主讲者强调，海南与新加坡并非零和竞争，而是优势互补。新加坡与洋浦港可形成“海上通道+内陆辐射”互补机制，两地互补可以带来更多合作空间。

论坛主办方新加坡海南会馆潘家海会长在论坛上指出，海南自贸港的发展前景备受新加坡各界瞩目，会馆将持续深化和海南的对接与合作，充分发挥新加坡海南籍人士的人脉和资金等优势，加强两地资源互补，构建互利共赢的合作新格局。

南洋大学校友学术会管伟灵会长发表论坛闭幕致辞，主张社会的经济建设与文化建设应该并行，他呼吁让历史扎根，让文化搭桥，让交流成为共同成长的力量，勉励年轻一代延续先辈的南大精神，自强不息，砥砺前行。

本次论坛的成功举办，不仅深化了新加坡企业和投资人士对海南政策的理解，更为新琼两地经贸合作搭建了“双港桥梁”。新中两国企业将紧抓封关时代的黄金机遇，在海南自贸港现代服务业、高新技术产业等领域携手前行，共同谱写互利共赢新篇章。

Hainan special customs operations – Policy Interpretation: Hainan Free Trade Port and Singapore Enterprise Development Opportunities Forum

On 16 May , the Hainan Free Trade Port and Singapore Enterprise Development Opportunities Forum, themed "Hainan special customs operations – Policy Interpretation," was held at the Hainan Hwee Kuan in Singapore. The forum brought together representatives from Hainan provincial government agencies, experts in international finance for Hainan Province, entrepreneurs from the Singapore Hainan Hwee Kuan, senior executives from Singapore's financial sector, business elites from the NTU Alumni Association, and people from all walks of life in Singapore, building an open and professional exchange and cooperation platform to gather momentum for economic and trade cooperation between Hainan and Singapore.

This forum was jointly organized by the Singapore Hainan Hwee Kuan, the Nanyang University Alumni Association, and the NTU Hainan Alumni Association, and sponsored by the Kheng Chiu Tin Hou Kong. The forum focused on the policy incentives and regional cooperation prospects after the islandwide customs special operation of the Hainan Free Trade Port, attracting more than 200 attendees.

📚5月16日，口福集团创办人兼主席庞琳先生所著《烟火岁月自在行》的导读分享会在净恩书院举行，他与听众现场分享了从结霜桥草根少年，到带领企业迈向数亿元营收的心路历程。新加坡海南会馆是本次导读分享会的主办方之一。

《烟火岁月自在行》是一部跨越时代与地域的生命纪实，记录了庞琳先生从童年的贫苦挣扎、结箱桥草根少年、“跑地牛、走江湖”的闯荡人生，一路走到醒悟、奋斗、成长、学佛、创业、成家、历经胜败、涅槃重生，乃至终身学习、成就事业的真实历程。

16 May, a guided book reading and sharing session for Life’s Journey Amidst the Mundane: A Reflection on Struggles and Serenity, authored by Mr. Pang Lin, Founder and Executive Chairman of Koufu Group, was held at Jing En Institute. During the event, Mr. Pang shared his inspiring life journey with the audience—tracing his path from a grassroots youth in Sungei Road to leading a multi-million-dollar enterprise.
The Singapore Hainan Hwee Kuan was one of the co-organizers of this event.

Life’s Journey Amidst the Mundane is a life chronicle that spans eras and geographies. It documents Mr. Pang Lin’s authentic life path, starting from his childhood struggles with poverty, his days as a grassroots youth in Sungei Road, and his early years navigating the grit of street trading and making a living on the fringes.

The book follows his eventual awakening, relentless strive, personal growth, spiritual path in Buddhism, entrepreneurship, and building a family. It details his experiences with victory and defeat, his ultimate rebirth, and his dedication to lifelong learning and career achievements.
