What a wonderful evening celebrating BVTMC’s 27th Birthday! 🎉

We kicked off the night with a fun round of Bingo, got to know one another a little better, and shared heartfelt messages on our Appreciation Board ❤️ It’s always nice to take a moment to recognise the people who make our club such a warm and supportive community.

Of course, no birthday celebration is complete without good food, happy conversations, and congratulations to all our winners! 🏆🎁

From entertaining performances to inspiring speeches, the stage was truly filled with talent, energy, and confidence 🌟

A huge shoutout to our 🦄 unicorn host, Lui Wei Jian, for bringing so much fun and charisma to the meeting and keeping the energy high all night long!

👏 Congratulations to our Best Prepared Speech Speaker, Kim Ng, for delivering an outstanding speech and winning over the audience!

Behind every smooth meeting is someone making it all happen 👀

Hear from Laura Wong, our Sergeant-at-Arms & Secretary, as she shares her experience being in the EXCO — from setting up the meeting space to keeping everything organised behind the scenes.

What the roles involve:
1️⃣ Meeting setup & logistics (SAA) – preparing the venue, equipment, and ensuring everything runs smoothly on the ground
2️⃣ Meeting records (Secretary) – documenting minutes and keeping track of key decisions
3️⃣ Coordination & support – making sure communication and operations stay on track

It may not always be the most visible role, but it’s what keeps the club running seamlessly week after week.
