What a wonderful day of laughter, learning, and friendly competition as families and residents came together for our Intergenerational Table Tennis Fun Family Day event!

From grandparents sharing their skills to children picking up a paddle for the first time, the event showcased the joy of connecting across generations through sports. It was heartwarming to see families bonding, making new friends, and creating precious memories together.

What a beautiful Saturday morning at Zone 8 Resident Network! 🌙

Physician Teng Xuanling from Chung Hwa Medical Institution (Bukit Panjang branch) shared insights on how Traditional Chinese Medicine can help us sleep better—and the response from our Bukit Batok residents was overwhelming.
