New Personal Mobility Aid (PMA) rules from 1 Jun 2026

🐾 BDMS WEP Recap: Empowering Our Youth Through Hands-On Learning! ✂️🐶

Looking back at last week, we are incredibly proud of the successful collaboration between AMKCMA and BDMS for our recent 3-day Work Experience Programme (WEP)!

Our mission is to give students real-world insights into thriving industries, and last week, they dove straight into the world of professional pet care. We want to give a massive shoutout to one of our fantastic AMKCMA merchants, Superpets, for opening up their doors and guiding these students so wonderfully!

Over the 3 action-packed days, the students stepped out of the classroom and onto the grooming floor. They got hands-on training from industry pros—learning everything from the precise mechanics of clipper work (as seen in the video!) to safe animal handling and the immense patience required to keep furry clients calm and comfortable. 🌟

Seeing the dedication and passion from the BDMS students proves that the future of the pet care industry is incredibly bright!

Yesterday night, our AMKCMA members had a fantastic time at the Parents’ Appreciation Night!

From sharing a wonderful sit-down dinner to catching the lively performances hosted by Marcus Chin and Lin Ruping, it was an amazing evening of celebration and community bonding. We definitely left with full stomachs, happy hearts, and maybe even a few lucky draw prizes! 🎁❤️
