✨ WEntre 4th Transnational Project Meeting & Master Trainers Workshop – Uppsala, Sweden 🇸🇪
We are proud to share highlights from the 4th Transnational Project Meeting and the Joined Training Event for the WEntre Curriculum (3-6 February26), hosted by Folkuniversitetet Uppsala, Sweden.
Over four dynamic days, The Egyptian & European partners gathered to:
🔹 Review project progress, quality assurance, and implementation planning
🔹 Present the final structure of the WEntre Curriculum and Open Learning Environment
🔹 Finalizing the pilot training and ToT strategy
🔹 Exchange best practices in dissemination and exploitation
The Master Trainers Workshop was an inspiring three-day co-created learning experience focused on:
✔ Strengthening understanding of the WEntre Competency Framework
✔ Applying Project-Based Learning methodologies
✔ Using the Self-Assessment Tool to tailor capacity-building pathways
✔ Building effective blended learning plans (synchronous & asynchronous)
✔ Developing entrepreneurial modules aligned with job descriptions and learning outcomes
Through peer-learning, reflection, and hands-on collaboration, Master Trainers enhanced their capacity to support women entrepreneurs across partner countries.

The journey continues — towards pilot implementation and sustainable impact.
يسعدنا أن نشارككم أبرز مخرجات الاجتماع الرابع للمشروع وورشة العمل المشتركة✨
للمدربين الرئيسيين، والتي استضافتها مدينة أوبسالا في السويد.
:على مدار أربعة أيام مثمرة، اجتمع الشركاء من أجل
🔹 استعراض تقدم المشروع وضمان الجودة وخطط التنفيذ
🔹 عرض الهيكل النهائي للمناهج التريبية ومنصة التعلم الإلكتروني
🔹 مناقشة آليات تنفيذ التدريب التجريبي وبرنامج تدريب المدربين (ToT)
🔹 تبادل أفضل الممارسات في النشر والاستدامة
أما ورشة عمل المدربين الرئيسيين فقد شكلت تجربة تعليمية تشاركية مكثفة ركزت على:
✔ تعزيز فهم إطار كفاءات WEntre
✔ تطبيق منهجية التعلم القائم على المشاريع
✔ استخدام أداة التقييم الذاتي لتحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية
✔ تصميم خطط تعلم مدمج (متزامن وغير متزامن)
✔ تطوير وحدات تدريبية ريادية متوافقة مع توصيفات الوظائف ومخرجات التعلم
من خلال التعلم التشاركي والتطبيق العملي، عزز المدربون الرئيسيون جاهزيتهم لدعم وتمكين رائدات الأعمال في الدول الشريكة.
