In 2013 I was kissed by a baby elephant Navann - it was love at first sight! During the time I was volunteering for a conservation project in Thailand and got totally hooked on elephants as I learned more about them. After that I had the chance to even volunteer in Tanzania where I learned about the terrible situation elephants are faced with today, that is, ivory poaching. As a "doer" and a belie
ver I don't want to just stand by and wait for someone else to fix the problem, or worse, for elephants to go extinct. That is why I created Navann Share, a 100% charity based jewellery line. All the income from the sales will be donated to conservation projects both in Africa and Asia through well-known Charity organisations. Being a conscious consumer is an important part in protecting our planet, biodiversity and our natural resources. That is why the earrings are made of Finnish birch, a 100% renewable and biodegradable material. They are handmade and hand-painted by me.
