Over the past weeks, we've had two fantastic online trainings for our members — and what a lineup it was!

First up, Morten Tranekær (IPP of JCI Denmark) guided us through Project Management in an Agile World — exploring how real success in projects is about people and adaptability, not just plans and KPIs.

Then, Amanda Åhlin from JCI Sundsvall brought the energy with an Introduction to Sales — diving into the psychology of selling and what makes people say yes.

🇸🇪 WORLD CONGRESS UPDATE – Val & Globala Kommissioner 2026
Under världskongressen i Tunisien valdes JCI:s globala ledarskap för 2026 och en ny struktur med tematiska kommissioner presenterades.

🌍 JCI World President 2026
Stort grattis till Alejandra Castillo från JCI Bolivia!
✨ den första världspresidenten från Bolivia
✨ den femte kvinnliga världspresidenten i JCI:s historia
Ett historiskt och inspirerande val.

🌐 Executive Vice President – Europe
Stefanie Van der Sman valdes till EVP för Europa 2026.
Hon är redan välkänd i Norden efter sitt år som VP assigned to the Nordics 2025, och hon har tidigare varit National President för JCI Netherlands 2024.
Stefanie är en duktig tränare känd för sin värme, engagemang och har varit en uppskattad partner för vår nordiska familj.

🇸🇪 Vice President assigned to the Nordics
Isabel Simon kommer att vara VP assigned to the Nordics 2026.
Hon tar med sig både energi och erfarenhet, och har ett stort hjärta för European Academy, där hon själv varit delegat.
Isabel kommer från rollen som National President för JCI Scotland 2024, och vi ser fram emot ett starkt samarbete med henne.

🌱 Nya globala kommissioner – med svensk representation
Från och med 2026 inför JCI tre globala tematiska kommissioner för att stärka strategi, kontinuitet och internationellt samarbete inom områden som hållbarhet, innovation & entreprenörsskap och jämställdhet. Detta som ett mer långsiktigt arbete att komplettera dom globala kommittéerna.

🇸🇪 Sustainability Commission
Kim Salsbring (JCI Sweden) – utsedd att som en av två representera Europa i Kommissionen för hållbarhet tillsammans med Eveliina Leino (från JCI Finland).
