Leading for the Future: Decide, Adept, Lead

In a world of constant change, uncertainty and rapidly evolving technology, leaders can no longer wait to have all the answers before taking action.

The challenge is not to predict the future, but to be ready to lead through it. This session explores Enterprising Leadership as a practical approach to making better decisions under uncertainty, adapting when circumstances change, and mobilizing others to move forward.

Drawing on concrete examples from his international business career and five years as JCI Secretary General (2019–2024) — including leading the World Headquarters team through the unprecedented disruption of Covid — Kevin Hin will share practical lessons and tools that participants can apply to their own professional and leadership challenges.

This is the second webinar as part of our collaboration with Wirtschaftsjunioren Berlin e.V. and JCI London in our new "European Capital Connection Series". More webinars to follow.

Over the past weeks, we've had two fantastic online trainings for our members — and what a lineup it was!

First up, Morten Tranekær (IPP of JCI Denmark) guided us through Project Management in an Agile World — exploring how real success in projects is about people and adaptability, not just plans and KPIs.

Then, Amanda Åhlin from JCI Sundsvall brought the energy with an Introduction to Sales — diving into the psychology of selling and what makes people say yes.
