The world´s bees are endangered - which means that we humans are endangered too. The fact is that a third of our food depends on bees. Bees fertilize our plants by carrying pollen from flower to flower - and thus make so that the plants can reproduce itself and that we get food on the table. Today, the number of bees has declined markedly over the world, and this is mainly due to the eradication o
f bee friendly habitats as a result of agricultural intensification, urbanization and climate change. BEE NICE is an initiative to make cities bee friendly. With the help of products, events and knowledge sharing, we want to involve citizens in making a direct improvement for the bees - but also to start a debate and ultimately create public opinion about the bees' future in the city.
