Ever felt your mind go blank just as you’re about to speak?

Join Stockholm International Toastmasters on Wednesday 30 September for a practical workshop on how to Beat the Freeze!

We’ll explore why speaking in front of a group can trigger that frozen feeling, practise ways to work through it, and build a 15-second self-introduction that feels like you. We’ll also have Table Topics, so you can put your ideas into practice.

🕡 18:30–20:30
📍 Folkuniversitetet, Kungstensgatan 45, Stockholm
🎟️ Guests are welcome. No experience needed.

Join us this Wednesday if you’re curious about improving your public speaking, building confidence, or simply having some fun along the way.

Our theme of the day is “Beyond Words” because great communication is about much more than what we say.

Come along, take part, and see where the conversation takes us!
