🌿 As part of the UCareKFUM 2.0 project, relaxation yoga and pranayama classes continue to bring together moments of calm, recovery, and self-care.

Through gentle movement, breathing techniques, and a supportive atmosphere, participants have the opportunity to reduce stress, recharge, and find more inner balance and harmony in everyday life 🧘‍♀️💚

Förra veckan åkte Sasha, Oleksandra, till Bryssel för att representera KFUM på European Youth Week.
