SLM Stockholm

SLM Stockholm (Scandinavian Leather Men Stockholm) is a leather, rubber and fe**sh club for gay and bisexual men that is managed, operated and manned totally on a voluntary basis. SLM Stockholm is a keen member of the Nordic/Baltic organisation Top of Europe - ToE - which includes the "SLM-clubs" in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Estonia. SLM Stockholm was founded in 1975 and is one of the oldest leather clubs in Europe. On request by the SLM club in Gothenburg at the time, the association SLM Stockholm was founded in the living room of Stig, the founder of the club. The first facilities was located at Gamla Stan in Stockholm, but since 1990 the club is located at Södermalm on Wollmar Yxkullsgatan, nearby Mariatorget. SLM Stockholm are looking forward to celebrate the clubs 50 ys Anniversary in 2025. The planning and preparations for this important occasion will soon begin. Operations
The board, which is elected by the Annual General Meeting (AGM), have the main responsibility for the club. Besides the board there are a number of positions that are appointed by the AGM or by the Board. All of us are working voluntary. Although the Board is primarily responsible, it is necessary that other members contribute in order to maintain and develop the club. The bar and entrance need personnel each evening it is open, different events require more or less preparation and the venue needs maintenance. SLM Stockholm is located on Wollmar Yxkullsgatan 18 (a discreet "garage-door" 15 m left of the entrance door to nbr 18). The easiest way to get here is to go with the Metro (red line) to Mariatorget, exit Mariatorget/Swedenborgsgatan. Turn right on Wollmar Yxkullsgatan. SLM is located on the right side of the street when you have Swedenborgsgatan behind you.
