Our Story
We're creating a social, economic and environmental sustainable world through developing brave young leaders. From a global perspective, we live in the best of times. The world is a better and safer place than ever with fewer conflicts and wars, stronger growth in developing countries, less epidemics and pandemics, etc. At the same time the world is facing massive challenges in equality, financial stability, famine, access to clean water and food, and finally an education system built on the remnants and requirements of the industrial revolution. We are going to change this through the leaders of tomorrow. Future Leaders is a leadership development program set out to help young and driven people to develop themselves. During 4 gatherings set in the weekend, they grow tremendously on a personal level, and learn how to get teams moving forward and how to develop those around themselves (Family, co-workers, friends, classmates and so on).
