AWS Culture of Innovation

We recently organised a session on innovation culture, where Yassir Jafar presented how this is approached in practice within Amazon Web Services (AWS).

💡The session covered Amazon’s customer-focused way of working, its approach to fast but structured decision-making, and some of the internal systems that support innovation at scale, including small autonomous teams.

It also opened up a discussion on how these principles relate to the realities, challenges, and development needs of different organisations.

Our visit to Ericsson Imagine Studio, hosted by Elina Must and Jon Gamble, was a truly memorable and inspiring event!

The Imagine Studio was created as a dynamic space, providing a warm and engaging setting with multiple themes and hands-on experiences that encouraged creativity and exploration.

Throughout the experience, our generous hosts took us on a journey through the technological landscape, shared Ericsson’s history, and presented real-world use cases from various industries.

Skörden Stockholm hosts Hooked on Tallinn, a one day city festival May 24th

This week, we were delighted to host a fantastic Christmas event with our cherished members of the Estonian-Swedish Chamber of Commerce, together with the Estonian Embassy in Stockholm and the Sweden-Estonia Cooperation Fund.

The evening was truly special, highlighted by an inspiring presentation from Piret Mürk-Dubout, Managing Director of Tallink Silja AB, who captivated the audience with her valuable insights.

Adding to the celebration, the Sweden-Estonia Cooperation Fund presented its inaugural award, honoring Ilon Wikland and Hasse Olsson for their remarkable contributions to strengthening the ties between Estonia and Sweden.

This event reflected the spirit of collaboration, connection, and shared growth that defines our community. Thank you to everyone who made it such a memorable occasion!
