The Biomedicine Network was founded in 2007 by students from the Biomedicine programme at the world-renowned Karolinska institutet. Already at its start, the aim of the network was to create a professional nonprofit organisation that would connect students, alumnus and their future careers. The vision of BioN is to be the primary option for inspiration, networking and career development for students and alumni from the Biomedicine, Bioentrepreneurship and Toxicology programmes at Karolinska institutet.
