We are a cultural community in Sweden bringing together Bengalis, Swedes & friends of Bengal.

From Durga Puja to Rabindra Sangeet, food, festivals & adda — we celebrate heritage, share joy, and build connections. 🇸🇪❤️🇮🇳 Welcome to the Nordic Bengali Association (NBA)

We are what happens when Bengal’s poetry meets Sweden’s fika culture, and Durga Puja shares the calendar with Midsummer. The Nordic Bengali Association is home to Bengalis (and Bengali-at-heart people) across Sweden who believe culture is best served with a side of laughter, a steaming cup of chai, and possibly a plate of shorshe ilish if we can smuggle it past customs.
