We are thrilled to welcome Anja Palm, Head of Business at Skellefteå kommun, as our distinguished keynote speaker at the JCI Sweden National Congress 2025, themed “Changemakers in a Changing World.”

Anja will be taking us through “The Skellefteå Story: The Green Transition” — a powerful journey of how this northern city has transformed into one of Europe’s leading examples of sustainability, innovation, and green growth.

This session ties perfectly into our congress sub-themes:

Kim Salsbring – National President, JCI Sweden

Kim Salsbring is an experienced service leader and strategist with a strong track record of driving business growth, building high-performing teams, and fostering innovation. Currently serving as Head of Agreement Management Office at ABB Sweden, he leads cross-business operations with a focus on growth, profitability, and market development. His professional journey spans leadership roles at ABB, Rejlers, and Boliden, where he successfully managed large teams, expanded operations, and secured major strategic projects. Kim is recognized for his expertise in service business growth, contract management, and portfolio development.

Alongside his professional career, Kim has been deeply engaged in JCI, holding leadership roles at local, national, and international levels. He has served as National President of JCI Sweden and board member of the JCI European Academy, where he has led initiatives focused on youth leadership, community impact, and international cooperation. His leadership extends to regional boards such as Skellefteå Science City, Akra Invest, and the Chamber of Commerce in Västerbotten, where he actively contributes to regional development, innovation strategies, and business collaboration.

Kim combines professional excellence with a passion for empowering young leaders, making him a changemaker both in business and in society.
