The South Sudanese Community Association in Sweden (SSCAS) extends its heartfelt appreciation to the Kulturnatt Stockholm program organized by Sensus Stockholm-Gotland 2026 for providing a meaningful platform to celebrate cultural diversity and promote community engagement.
We sincerely thank Sensus for their continued support and commitment to fostering inclusion and cultural exchange within Swedish society. Our deep gratitude also goes to the Nuer Community Association in Sweden and Jieng Community Association in Swden for their collaboration and strong partnership in making this event a success.
We highly appreciate the cultural dance groups for their vibrant and inspiring performances, which beautifully showcased the richness of South Sudanese heritage. Special recognition goes to Ms. Ruth Nyaleel Kai Thoat for her insightful and educational presentation on the 64 tribes of South Sudan, which greatly enriched our understanding of our shared identity and diversity.
We also extend our sincere appreciation to the cultural committee, led by the Secretary of Culture, Ms. Lula Bahr , for their dedication, organization, and tireless efforts in ensuring the success of the program.
Furthermore, we thank the chair man of Swedish Sudanese Association mr Ola for his continue support.
We also appreciate all participants and attendees whose presence and engagement made the event lively and impactful. We also acknowledge the SSCAS Executive Board for their leadership and commitment to serving our community.
As we reflect on this successful event, we emphasize the importance of continued cooperation, unity, and commitment in serving our communities. Together, we can strengthen our cultural identity while promoting integration and active participation in Swedish society.
