Pirates Cat Rescue and Sanctuary
Pirates Cat Rescue and Sanctuary is a small Rescue Centre in a tiny little village called Nas in Sweden.
My name is Anette Fleming. I am German, throughout my life lived in Germany, England and Dubai and now in Sweden. I moved here 3 years ago with 16 Cats which I rescued in Dubai over the 8 years I lived there. Many more got treated, neutered, rehomed, fed and cared for but there was a limit I could take with me over here. The Cats were flown halfway across the world and now have their permanent Forever Home here. I started the Rescue Centre here in Sweden and so far rescued 2 more Cats since. All 18 Cats have their Forever Home here now.
We have Cats from all age groups, One Cat is blind, two have got only one eye, two which had a car accident, one of them had a smashed jaw and nose and lost an eye, one lost a leg, one cat got no teeth, one no tail, one has fits, some are odd in behaviour but they are all my mad and happy family and get on well together. I feel so blessed to have them in my life and to look after them.
