Our Story

Model United Nations of Malmö (MUNOM) is a brand new, modern MUN conference founded by a group of IB students at Malmö Borgarskola, Sweden.

Having attended multiple conferences all over the world, the students decides it was time to organise their own. The first edition of MUNOM was held in November 2017 gathering 200 participants from 13 countries. The conference was a great success. Productive debates were held and friendship were created.

The team of MUNOM has now been renewed to organise the second edition of the conference and make of Model United Nations of Malmö a long-lasting tradition at Malmö Borgarskola!

We look forward to expanding MUNOM even more and welcoming participants from every corner of the world to support a well-balanced conference which has to offer academic quality, pleasant atmosphere and a packed schedule!
