IFALL – Integration För Alla har till ändamål att främja integration mellan kulturer och att motverka

IFALL är en partipolitiskt och religiöst obunden organisation som arbetar med integration på olika nivåer. Framförallt arbetar IFALL med integration på grundnivå, genom att skapa grundförutsättningar för integration via mötesplatser i form av sportaktiviteter och språkstödsverksamhet. IFALL bildades i Örkelljunga av Necmettin Meletli och finns nu också i Klippan och i Ängelholms kommun. IFALL främjar integration genom:

- Att ge hjälp till självhjälp så att den enskildes förståelse av sin kultur och hans/hennes självkänsla stärks

- Att erbjuda mångkulturella möteplatser där utbyte av erfarenheter, värderingar och kultur främjar den enskildes livskvalitet

- Att bygga sociala nätverk mellan kulturer

- Att uppmuntra den enskilde att ta ansvar i samhället

- Att utveckla och pröva effektiva och kreativa metoder för integration, både formella och icke-formella

- Att sprida information för att öka medvetenhet om kulturens betydelse och om olika kulturer.

After a recent Plurilingual Parents Café, we reflected on the expectations we place on our children and ourselves as parents. 💭

Our children are not guinea pigs! 🐹
They don’t need to perform their languages for others or prove what they can say. Let them use their languages naturally, in their own time and in their own way. ❤️

🇹🇷 Artivism in Türkiye – Day 1🎨

Day 1 was all about travelling, settling in and starting to connect with our surroundings… including the local cats! 🐈❤️

Sometimes, the best connections happen when you least expect them. More to come as we explore how art can be a tool for change and a way to make our voices heard. ✊🎨

🌊 River of Life Workshop

We started with paper plates, drawing together and getting to know each other through Two Truths and a Lie 🎨

From there, we explored the idea of life as a river. Why a river? What does it represent, and how can it reflect our own journeys?

We then took some personal time to develop our own rivers, reflecting on our experiences, challenges, turning points and the things that have shaped who we are today. Finally, we came together to share our rivers and learn from one another.

A creative space for reflection, connection and understanding ourselves and each other a little better. 💙

🧵🧁 A big thank you to everyone who joined our latest Artemi embroidery workshop! 💛

It was lovely to see new and familiar faces coming together to learn from our embroidery expert, share stories and enjoy each other’s company.

Our Artemi sessions are about so much more than sewing, painting or creating. Life can be complicated and messy, and sometimes it helps to share what’s on your mind, ask for advice or simply have someone who listens. We’re grateful to everyone who helps make these moments possible. ❤️

Of course, there were delicious cupcakes and even some cosy slippers to welcome the autumn and winter months! 🧁🧦

We can’t wait to see you in November for more creativity, paper crafts and vision boards as we look ahead to the future. ✂️✨

✨ Officially the end of the Tonga project… but for us, it’s just the beginning!

The project may be coming to an end, but the connections, ideas and work around plurilingualism are continuing.

🌱 The Tonga School Network is launching
☕ Plurilingual Parents Cafes are coming
🤝 New collaborations with local NGOs and schools are growing
🌍 And plurilingualism will continue to be at the centre of what we do.

A huge thank you to everyone who has been part of Tonga partners, schools, parents, young people and everyone who shared their language, experiences and ideas with us.

The project ends. The network continues. 💛

✨ What a lovely first weekend workshop! ✨

So nice to see so many new faces, creatives and crafters, families, ladies and even a few husbands! 🫶

For many, it was their first time at The Ground, and we loved seeing the space filled with creativity.
