Unscripted & Unstoppable: The Power of the Pivot! 🎤✨
Our meeting on April 13th was the ultimate test of "The Show Must Go On." Even with a smaller crew and a quieter room, the theme of Improvisation took center stage, proving that the best moments often happen when you throw away the script.
The MVP Performers of the Night:
The Ultimate "Yes, And": When a vacancy opened up, Nando stepped into the Toastmaster role with zero prep time. He leaned into the uncertainty and kept the flow moving—a masterclass in real-time adaptation!
The Multi-Tasking Dynamo: Ibai took "wearing many hats" literally, jumping between roles to keep the structure intact. Stefano also doubled his impact, expertly balancing dual roles to ensure the meeting hit its marks.
The Prepared Pro: Viktor kept us grounded with his 2nd prepared speech, showing that even in a flexible environment, consistent practice pays off.
The Comeback Set: After a long hiatus, Raghu returned to the mic for his "Ice Breaker." It’s never easy to re-enter the spotlight, but he handled it with total poise.
