Ukrainian Unity – part of Interkultur i Lund – is looking for a Community Manager to lead events, support newcomers, and help grow a vibrant, supportive Ukrainian community in Lund.
💡 This is a position via Introduktionsjobb (Arbetsförmedlingen).
Candidates who already have this support will be prioritized.
But if you don’t — we still encourage you to apply! We might offer a part-time paid position for the right person.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing:
✨ Organize and run events, workshops & meetings that bring people together
✨ Support newly arrived Ukrainians with integration and everyday questions
✨ Build relationships with Swedish organizations and local stakeholders
✨ Lead communication on social media and in community channels
✨ Be the person who helps others feel seen, included, and connected

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ You speak Ukrainian fluently and can work in English or Swedish
✔️ You’re a people-person: friendly, clear, and compassionate
✔️ You’re organized, proactive, and not afraid to take the lead
✔️ You can adapt and stay grounded when things get busy
✔️ You’re eligible (now or soon) for Introduktionsjobb — or open to part-time
✔️ You care about community, inclusion, and doing something meaningful
