Take a journey through old magazines and your own imagery to page your thoughts in the first zine at ArtCom, in collaboration with our SUM friends!

Bring some old publications to cut-out, a couple of nice images you would like to use, and your favorite art supplies: the visuals and/or text are in your power. Let’s make art for our self-published magazine! Fika will be provided☕

Are you studying in K3?

On Tuesday - Sep 17, we will hold our first meeting at 17:00, in Niagara, NI:A0311 to get to know each other, plan the semester ahead, and finally select the new board.

Just make sure you are a member of the Student Union at the moment of the elections!

We had an amazing afternoon exploring the current exhibitions, mingling, and sharing our experiences with the artworks and the museum itself.
And of course, an ArtCom event is never complete without a cosy fika ☕️🎀🌷

We’re excited to welcome you to join us on an excursion on the 11th of April to and its exhibition THE GREAT COSMIC MOTHER, a retrospective exhibition of the Swedish-British artist Monica Sjöö 🌷

ArtCom has a limited amount of FREE tickets available, so hurry up and fill out the sign-up sheet in our bio to secure your spot!

We meet at Orkanen (The University Library) at 15:00 and walk to the museum together - course there will be some fika to enjoy on the way! You’re also welcome to meet us directly at the museum around 15:45. Don’t hesitate to DM us if you have any questions🌟

We hope to see both old and new faces and promise that it’ll be a cosy time, so come as you are! 💓

Thursday afternoon, ArtCom is hosting a Palestine’s Night where you can come and study, make jewellery, do some crafting or just hang out with your fellow students! Of course there’ll be fika ☕️🍰🥨

ArtCom is the section for students at the School of Arts and Communication (K3) at Malmö University. We arrange social events for students to get to now each other and mingle across courses and programs! 🎨💬

We had a wonderful evening with lots of amazing vendors, cosy crafts and a festive atmosphere!

We’re excited to invite you to an afternoon with ArtCom on September 11th 2023, from 16:15-18:00 in NI:A0311.

We will get to know each other, have some fika and discuss the autumn semester together. This is an opportunity to meet new people, get involved with the association and influence your student life at K3.

The meeting is open to anyone who is or wants to be a member of ArtCom (only for students of K3 with membership of Studentkåren Malmö). Future events open to non-members will be announced shortly! 🩷
