While is approaching, we wanted to take a moment to look back at the sunshine of Marseille and let you know that the Conference meeting report is out! 🌞

👉 Inside the report, you’ll find insights about the programme and the host Friche la Belle de Mai, the event evaluation based on your feedback, photo highlights, and the inspiring words from the speeches heard during the official opening of the meeting.

Our meeting reports are not just reports. They’re our way of remembering the time together, cherishing the good times, and reflecting on what we can take forward. The reports are also a chance to grow together: we go through both the highlights and the learnings from each meeting to make future meetings even better. 🤝

And speaking of future meetings... our call for TEH Meeting Hosts for 2028 is still open! 💥 If you’d like to host either TEH Conference or TEH Camp Meeting in 2028, make sure to apply by 15 September.

And, not to forget, the very next meeting, TEH102 Camp Meeting in Silandro 🇮🇹, is just around the corner and all ticket categories are now for sale!

Share space.

Who doesn’t have it?

Cultural transformation begins by recognising how access, visibility, participation, and co-creation are still unequally shared – and by creating spaces where people can feel, belong to, and be cared for.

🫂 We invite you to reflect on participation, co-creation, access, care, belonging, and social justice within the arts, culture, and creative sectors – and to shape change together.

This clip is one of five animated messages created through the Cultural Transformation Movement (CTM) project, inspired by the Manifesto of Change, a collective call to action.

Join us to shape the change:
👉 start by reading the Manifesto of Change
👉 share the message
👉 start conversations in your own communities

Together with Trans Europe Halles, Manifesto of Change is written by six Artists/Agents-of-Change ( ) working at Centres-of-Change ( ), four TEH Members – Brunnenpassage (Austria), Kunstencentrum VIERNULVIER (Belgium), Zō Centro Culture Contemporanee (Italy) and IZOLYATSIA. Platform for Cultural Initiatives. (Ukraine) – who lead the way of Cultural Transformation Movement towards more social justice in the arts, culture and creative sector. project is funded by .

Please welcome a new TEH Full Member: SODAS 2123 🌞

During the General Assembly at the Conference in Marseille in April, our network voted in a new group of members to join Trans Europe Halles network. Now is the time to introduce you to the third and last one of them! 👇

SODAS 2123 is an independent and self-governed, community-based cultural centre, initiated by the Lithuanian Interdisciplinary Artists’ Association in 2020. 🇱🇹

Situated in a repurposed school building 🏫 and located in central Vilnius 🎯, it hosts over 60 artists’ studios, rehearsing studios for bands, offices for design, film and visual arts organisations, exhibition spaces, event spaces, various workshops, a cafe, a public outdoor garden space, a public allotment, and more. The spaces are developed following the principles of upcycling the urban, cultural memory and material objects of Vilnius city.

SODAS 2123 brings together creators and researchers with practices based on experimentation, developing unexpected formats and responding to the latest cultural, social, geopolitical and ecological issues.

How do they feel about joining ?

💬 “Joining TEH allows us to feel a member of the wider international community of cultural centres and culture professionals. It helps us learn from others and share our own experience within the network. It also gives us a louder voice. Being part of this network helps us advocate for the needs of independent art spaces on an European level while putting Vilnius on the map. Finally, it creates more opportunities for our cultural professionals. It gives access to thematic and regional hubs within the network, allows to connect to potential partners and enhances our networking possibilities.”

Warm welcome to the TEH network! 🫂
