Idag välkomnar vi Zero genom Associate Artist Fridamy Roth på residens med deras nya produktion Living Layers!

Our newest production Living Layers will be in residence at Cirkus Syd, Stenkrossen in Lund this week✨

Living Layers is a circus piece about memories that are not our own and about time’s ability to go in circles. Premiere 10th of October at Dansinitiativet Luleå, Sweden.

Southern Sweden Circus Festival 2026 (28/8-12/9) avslutar sommaren med en färgsprakande cirkusfestival i Skåne! Den 4 september kl 16.00 går cirkusparaden genom Lund för att lyfta och fira alla som är intresserade av cirkus! Vi välkomnar både deltagare och åskådare - alla får vara med! Har du en cool outfit, ett instrument, eller cirkusutrustning så är du välkommen att ta med det, men det är inget måste.

For the 4th year in a row, DYNAMO, in collaboration with partners OFF, Cirkus Syd and Obygden Cirkusfestival are calling filmmakers, circus artists, thinkers and creators, who wish to explore circus through this (very) short format!

The competition is open to all genres, as long as the film explores circus-relevant themes and topics.
With this project, we ask: What happens when the circus body enters the screen? Which opportunities arise when highly specialized tricks meet the ability to bend time? What modes of expression does film represent, and how do they correlate with the infinite expressions of circus?
Capture this in 60 seconds, and you’re free to enter the competition!

Deadline to submit: 1st June!
Notification from the jury: 15th June!

Selected films will be screened in 2026 at OFF Odense International Film Festival and at Southern Sweden Circus Festival in Lund.
